I'm actually quite embarrassed to admit this, but I have never taken good care of my skin or had any skincare regimen at all. I've always taken my makeup off at night, and washed my face but that's about it! I knew it was gonna take something drastic for me to finally do something about my skin and to start to put in the effort to take care of it. That's where my night time routine comes in! I am a self proclaimed routine girl. I could literally eat the same things every day and do best when I work out at the same time, so developing a night time routine seemed like a smart option! COMFY CLOTHES AND WIND DOWN: My first step in my night time routine is to get comfortable! Putting on PJ's is the easiest way to start my wind down process. It's much easier for me to relax my mind when i'm comfortable, so sweatpants and an oversized T-shirt are key. Sometimes, I opt for a cup of hot tea as well. It's not an every night thing for me, but I do love it on occasion.

CLEANSE: There's nothing better than being completely clean before bed! I like to remove all of my makeup and cleanse my skin. I have recently been loving the Peony Petal Cleansing Oil from L'OCCITANE. It's infused with real peony petals from Provence and smells amazing. I also love how it gently cleanses my skin and leaves it feeling silky and smooth. My skin has seriously never been more radiant or glowing.

PAMPER: I try to find a way to pamper myself every evening because we all deserve a little pampering. This usually comes in many forms and could be anything from a giant bowl of popcorn to a long bubble bath, but my favorite way to truly treat myself is with a face mask. I absolutely love the L'OCCITANE Peony Collection face masks. I use the Peony Flash Moisture Mask, Peony Overnight Perfecting Mask and the Peony Purifying Minute Mask interchangeably depending on what my skin needs at the time. My favorite mask in the Peony Purifying Minute Mask because I see immediate results. It's like a mini miracle for my skin and makes me feel SO good!

READ: Finally, I always try to do a little reading before I go to bed. I usually only last about 20 mins before I can no longer keep my eyes open, but I always try to read for at least a little bit! I love that it helps me to shut off my brain and not think too much about my day or anything that might be causing me stress.
